The Luncheon Room can seat up to fifty-two people for lunch or dinner but because of its intimate nature, is not too large for much smaller numbers. The room can also be darkened providing the ideal room for lecture presentations for numbers below thirty. It may be used for a reception or buffet with eighty guests.

The east window of this panelled room contains stained glass panels of the coats of arms of some of our benefactors. Through this window can be seen the Fountain Court which recalls the atmosphere of a medieval cloistered courtyard.

The room is furnished with oak refectory tables, Regency mahogany chairs, and a Turkey style carpet that recalls the Company's history in overseas trade. Pictures include paintings of the Company's previous Hall together with the Company’s Millennium painting by Hugo Grenville, a reference to the Company's association with the iron trade.
